Jess has dedicated a decade to nurturing young minds in the Valley. After earning her degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Oregon University, she ventured into the holistic and integrative world of Waldorf education. This philosophy deeply resonated with her beliefs about fostering creativity, curiosity, and a profound respect for the individual nature of every child.

Recently, her personal and professional journeys intertwined beautifully when she became a mother to Lousamai. This new chapter in her life not only deepened her insights into early childhood development but also reinvigorated her commitment to creating a nurturing, enriching environment for all children. Fortunate to bring Lousamai to work with her every day, Jess delights in watching him interact and grow alongside the other children, offering a daily testament to the transformative power of her educational approach.
